Shipping Policy at Spa Place Inc.

Welcome to Spa Place Inc., your online destination for spa, swimming pool, pellet stove parts, and a wide array of accessories and chemicals. Our commitment to providing you with an excellent shopping experience also extends to our shipping policy.

Order Processing

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order, you will be contacted within two business days.

Shipping Time

Orders usually ship in 1-4 business days. However, some items may require longer ship-out and/or delivery times. Most ground-shipped packages are delivered within 5-10 business days from the day they are shipped.

Urgent Delivery

Please note that if you purchase and select next-day delivery, your order might not arrive the next day. Processing time can take 1-2 business days, warehouse time can take 1-2 business days, and after that, next-day delivery can take one day. Ensure your bill-to and ship-to addresses are on file with your credit card company. Please monitor your email and order status closely if we notify you of a problem processing your order. Please be aware there is no weekend pickup or delivery for Overnight or Three-Day Shipping.

International and U.S. Territory Shipping

We’re excited to announce that International Shipping is now available! However, please note that our free shipping offer does not apply to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $50 within the U.S. lower 48 states. Unfortunately, this offer is not available for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

Unforeseen Delays

On occasion, there may be unforeseen delays in shipping your order. We will notify you via email if we determine your order will not ship by the abovementioned timeframe.
